Complete your registration and upload required materials to apply for ACPE-accredited Clinical Pastoral Education at CISF.

CPE at The Center for Integral Spiritual Formation

CISF does not charge an application fee at this time. Students accepted into the program must submit a $300 deposit within two weeks of acceptance to reserve their seat in the cohort. This deposit is applied toward tuition. The remaining balance may be paid in installments.

A reasonably full account of your life, including important persons and events.

A description of your spiritual growth and development, including religious experiences.

A description of your vocational (work) history and pastoral development.

An account of a specific "helping incident" in which you provided care.

Your impressions and expectations of Clinical Pastoral Education.

I understand that the ACPE Educator may use my written evaluation, their written evaluation of me, and other clinical materials for the purposes of certification, peer review, accreditation, or ACPE-approved research.

Identifying information will be removed from written materials, though live or recorded observations may still include my likeness. Materials may be retained indefinitely for program review.
